We hope you love your items from HunnyB, but we do understand sometimes you may want to return an item. HunnyB offers store credit or exchanges within 14 days of shipment or purchase in store.
After the 14 days, your item is no longer eligible for store credit or exchange.
Returns must be returned in the condition you received the item in. Tags MUST BE ATTACHED, must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. We have the right to deny a return if not returned with tags attached and/or in it's original condition.
All sale items are final sale, no returns will be accepted.
For hygiene and safety reasons, all swimwear and jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I start a return?

Who is responsible for the shipping costs of the return?
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs which may vary based on location.
What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
- We do quality check each and every item before shipment, but if you do receive a defective item you must email hunnybllc@gmail.com within 48 hours once you receive the item. Please send a clear picture of the damaged item and we will help you out!
Does my store credit expire?
- Store credit never expires!
Where do I find my store credit?
- Once you reach out about a return, an email with store credit will be sent within 2 days.
What happens if my package is lost in transit?
- Once the package has shipped, HunnyB is no longer responsible if the package is missing or lost by the shipping carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier in the event this does happen.
